We use AI for research, writing and code. People take responsibility for a part of the product and work directly with the rest of the team.
We use what we build
We use WeMachines for our tasks, calls and code reviews. We run into the same problems as our users and work on fixing them.
We share our work
Team conversations, tasks and decisions are visible across the company. You can follow the work and join the discussion.
We ship most days
We release small changes often, read feedback and make improvements.

Own everything under the product - Cloudflare, Supabase, CI, releases, monitoring and the cloud bill.
